Eligibility: Entries open to female amateur golfers of all skill levels who:
a. Are a resident of Kansas
b. Will not reach her 19th birthday by midnight May 10, 2008, and have not graduated from high school prior to 2008
c. Adult partner may be male or female
Schedule: Saturday-Tee times begin at 11:00 am. Awards Ceremony after completion of play.

We hereby make application to enter the 2008KWGA Adult-Junior Tournament. We understand and agree that this entry is subject to approval or rejection at any time by the KWGA Tournament Committee. No part of entry or cart fee will be refunded: 1) once tournament has begun; 2) for tournament days canceled due to weather or other emergencies; and/or 3) if participant withdraws within one week of tournament. We agree not to protest any rejection of our entry. We agree that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks.
