(Entries mailed with postmark prior to the opening date will be returned.)
Open to KWGA members and their male guest partner. All Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Registration and rules meeting will be held Sepbember 13, 2008, prior to play. A practice round may be scheduled with the Pro Shop at Cottonwood Hills GC at any time. (Cost not included in entry fee.)
FORMAT: The first day of play is a 2-person Scramble. The second day of play is Four-ball stroke play. 1:00 p.m. shotgun start on Saturday; 9:30 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday. |

We hereby make application to enter the 2008 KWGA Partner Tournament. We understand and agree that this entry is subject to approval or rejection at any time by the KWGA Tournament Committee. No part of entry or cart fee will be refunded: 1) once tournament has begun, 2) for tournament days canceled due to weather or other emergencies, and/or 3) if participant(s) withdraw(s) within one week of tournament. We agree not to protest any rejection of our entry. We agree that there are certain risks inherent in the game of golf and accept personal and sole liability for all such risks. We have checked below all that apply and do hereby agree to the terms.
